Tools for Well-being – A Community Practice & Discussion Group Offered Presented Jen Harry, Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher

Ellsworth –Drawing from the areas of Mindfulness, Stress Reduction, Brain Science, & Positive Psychology, in this 4-week series we will explore specific tools & practices we can use to enhance our level-of well-being and flourish in life. Jen Harry, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher will be presenting this group workshop where she will focus on topics to be determined by the interest of the group and may include:
Reducing stress in a busy world, increasing awareness, presence, & intention in our lives, rebounding from adversity and strengthening relationships. Please join us for this free, open group as we work towards experiencing our lives in a mindful fashion.

The group will meet on four Fridays, beginning March 16, 23, 30 and April 6, from 10:30 am to 12 Noon. The group will be held at The Beth Wright Cancer Resource Center, 23 Commerce Park in Ellsworth, is free and open to everyone.
