The Season is Over. Now What?
As soon as school starts, the Chamber will always hear, “So, what do you do now that the season is over?” The answer is not so simple in the Chamber office. There is A LOT going on and really, the season still has its last hurrah coming up as the leaves start to turn. Hotels are still filling up, restaurants are still open, and there is still a lot to do before it is over for another year.
Visitors are still coming in, so if you have fall deals that you want us to know, give us a call or email us. We are here to help you spread that message!
Needless to say Autumn Gold takes up an extraordinary amount of time this close to the event. We have had businesses all over the area get in on Autumn Gold Days and we are THRILLED to do our part to make it possible.
Don’t forget your tickets to ChowderFest, Jumbo Jackpot tickets (While supplies last)

The Chamber and Committees are also working on a Business Conference for November! Stay tuned for those details. Leading up to it, we have also been working with Sutherland Weston to have two workshops on Marketing leading up to the Conference on October 10th and 24th.
On top of it all, we are working with Maine Tourism to get the ads in for Maine Invites You! It is Maine’s 200th Birthday next year and members of the Chamber are invited to participate in our advertising at a discount! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to know more.
AND! Don’t forget Maine’s Best Regional Guidebook also has advertising opportunities for you. We print 40,000 copies of this book each year to send out to folks all over the country. We put them in key locations all over the State of Maine and throughout New England. We also ship it all over the USA and Canada to people interested in the area. There is a version of the Guidebook right on our website as well. Get ready for the next season before it starts! Contact us at email@example.com for more information.
