Schoodic Arts for All’s annual Silent Auction gets better every year!
Winter Harbor – The Silent Auction will take place Sunday, July 28th from 1 – 4:30 pm at Hammond Hall in Winter Harbor. Rolling close from 3:30 – 4:30.
Preview and advance bidding, Friday, July 26th 2 – 8 pm and Saturday, July 28th 10 am – 6 pm.
Local artists and businesses have generously donated hundreds of wonderful items: including pottery, crafts, jewelry, fine art, with a concentration of exciting experiences this year. A new addition will be a raffle table with great items included.
The raffle table is new this year and will include 5 items; two gift baskets—one for people who love to cook and another for book lovers. Three are experiences will include a boat ride for six out to Mark Island; a private tour of a contemporary home in Corea and a weekend off season at the York Harbor Village Inn in York.
The always popular mahogany wind bell by Richard Fisher of US Bells and stone sculpture by Obidiah Buell, will be featured as well as boat rides, an international cooking party, and more.
The Silent Auction helps to fund our Summer Festival as well as our ongoing year-round arts programs. We are grateful to our donors, and generous auction bidders, for helping us bring the community together to celebrate the artistic spirit of Downeast Maine.
