The Naturalist’s Notebook is an Exploratorium which combines nature, science, fun in art, engaging installations and activities. We offer three floors of interaction, shopping, learning with books, toys, games, puzzles, gifts and a great selection of art supplies for all ages. Bordering Acadia National Park and the beautiful Seal Harbor Beach, The Naturalist’s Notebook is a must- see destination for anyone who’s even a little curious about the last 13.8 billion years (give or take). The Naturalist’s Notebook is open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm, Memorial Day Weekend through mid- October and weekends year round.
