Infusion Mindfulness offers Individual Sessions, Workshops, and Groups to the local community, businesses, & non-profits.
Jen Harry is a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher and a Resiliency Trainer who is committed to helping people learn to transform stress and find more ease in their life. She teaches research-based tools and practices that build skills, enhance well-being and promote flourishing in mind, body & spirit. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and worked in the mental health field for over 15 years. She is certified in the Methods of Japanese Psychology and was trained at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington D.C. to facilitate Mind-Body Skills Groups. Jen also is certified in Applied Positive Psychology and as a Resiliency Trainer.
