M. Flagg Restaurant Supply to host ACF February 10, 2020 meeting.
The Downeast Chapter of the American Culinary Federation is a regional chapter of the largest Chef’s organization in the world. We are focused on Continued Education, Fellowship, and Service to our Community. We meet 9-10 times a year with a break in the Summer for the busy tourist season. Our next meeting will be at 5 pm on Monday the 10th of February at RM Flagg Restaurant Supply in Veazie. The meeting will be hosted by Chef Todd Macleod from Smithfield Foods. He will be covering Dry-cured and fermented meats. We will be tasting several different meats and baking some pizzas. We will also have a business component to the meeting as well.
