Leadership Hancock County 2022
Leadership Hancock County, the Chamber’s leadership education course, is planning on a full session from January through May 2022. After a hiatus last year from in person host site classes, we plan on opening registration for the 2022 session. LHC is an immersive course in leadership and managerial topics, as well as an in depth look at six host site businesses that connect Hancock County.
Applications for admission will be available later in the fall. Class size is limited to 16 participants. Six full day sessions will take place from January through May. Candidates should be in the workforce, and moving towards or in leadership, managerial, ownership or director positions. Commitment to the full 6 sessions is required as the classes will build on each other.
Leadership Hancock County has over 140 alumni, from over 50 sending businesses in the area.
Close to 40 businesses and organizations have hosted a session of LHC. If you are interested in sending an employee, hosting a session at your business or for any other information on the program, please contact Gretchen Wilson, [email protected]. The Leadership Hancock County program is supported by the City of Ellsworth and many Chamber Member businesses and organizations.
